Join us for arts activities, events & performances across Oct-Nov 2021 in Albany, as Breaksea spreads the joy of creativity!

Tickets for Caretaker of Lost Selves and View from the Magpie's Nest, 26 November, are now on sale!

Bring the whole family to creative workshops in the school holidays, get involved in building THE NEST, a symbol of the communal sense of home & belonging that creativity inspires, check out the exquisite artworks produced as part of the Caretaker of Lost Selves set with some of the delightful artworks created as part of the creative development processes and come and see two new performances born out of breaksea's awesome creative devising processes in 2020!

What happens when an artist, a poet, a dancer, a singer, a storyteller and a bunch of extraordinary community members spend a week sharing stories & exploring themes of identity, home, the creative spark, kindness and what it means to live a wholehearted life? - the Breaksea FESTIVAL!

Produced by Breaksea with support from: Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries, Lotterywest, Regional Arts WA, City of Albany’s Vancouver Arts Centre, Albany Entertainment Centre, Let’s Shine (Albany Light Opera & Theatre Co.) and Peter Watson.
