Olivia Wood: Pia is an excellent teacher in many ways. She doesn't just have the patience and skill to work on releasing years of tension, but she makes lessons fun - something to look forward to going to. She manages to be enthusiastic and encouraging with genuine sincerity, something few teachers can master. I wholeheartedly recommend her lessons, whether you're just wanting to sing for fun, or whether you have more serious training in mind.
Diana Richards: Pia has taught me singing for the past year. Her ability to explain opera technique and passion for the repertoire make the lessons very rewarding. I now sing with a vastly improved tone, a wider range, and increased self-confidence. Pia is patient, thorough, and empathetic. She listens carefully and guides her students to good technique and valid dramatic interpretation, using encouragement and humour. Pia constantly strives to improve her own performance, and brings new insights to the lessons, keeping them fun and challenging.
