40 YEARS LATER is about the last year of whaling in Australia. Forty years after the world focused its attention on Albany in 1977, we want as many people as possible to join in the musical telling of this fascinating story. With a unique opportunity for families and people of all ages and abilities, 40 YEARS LATER needs your voice and creativity to help share this story. Explore your local history with friends & family, participate in fun creative sessions at Albany’s Historic Whaling Station & the Vancouver Arts Centre and celebrate the joy of singing.
